Teachers serve as instructor/authority figures who deliver knowledge to their students through lectures and direct instruction, and aim to measure the results through testing and assessment. This method is sometimes referred to as “sage on the stage.”

Teaching of Teacher's Method...

* The teacher as an organizer. 

Teachers always meticulously plan their lessons, reflecting on them before, during, and after development.

* Teacher’s role in the classroom

1. Leading from the front (Controller)
2. Offering reminders when needed (Prompter)
3. Actively participating in discussions (Participant)
4. Providing assistance when requested (Resource)
5. Offering feedback on larger projects (Tutor)

* Teachers as performers

Teachers adapt their behavior based on classroom activities, showcasing versatility in their approach.

* Rapport.

Building rapport entails fostering strong student-teacher relationships, characterized by:

1. Personalized recognition of students.
2. Active listening to students' concerns and ideas.
3. Respecting students, especially during correction.
4. Maintaining fairness and equality among all students.

The responsibilities of teachers vary based on students' age and abilities. Primary school educators focus heavily on social and formative skills, while secondary and postsecondary instructors tailor lessons for specific career paths. Common duties include:

- Planning and executing lessons to meet learning objectives.
- Setting clear objectives and communicating them effectively.
- Adapting teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Guiding students in exploring learning opportunities and career paths.
- Designing and assessing various types of student work.
- Providing individualized support as needed.
- Monitoring student progress and evaluating academic performance.
- Facilitating parent-teacher meetings.
